Kind, sympathetic nursing care, and the other care disciplines too. Staff obviously busy, and a bit of waiting time before certain needs are met. Also, the ward, though pleasant, is tiny, and with only 4 patients, every sylable on phone etc. can be heard by all - this can be a bit embarassing!

The nursing staff are very caring towards me and have made sure that I am well each day they are on duty. The staff on Abbey Suite have been excellent in that they communicate very well with me

From the moment I was admitted on the ward I was made to feel welcome. All of the staff where so nice, very helpful. I do not think anything could be improved. Thank you to everyone

Day care OK. more staff needed for night care. When change over comes in the morning I think more staff are needed, because they are so busy changing over.
